The story demonstrates the perils of adultery, getting involved with others business, and what happens when we fail to put ourselves first in our lives. The show pivots around the cast and until around episode 5 really comes across as something that could happen to anyone in life. The show caused uproar on Twitter due to its ending, with many articles and people left commenting about the surprise twist and how it fits into the overall narrative of the piece, with any hints or tips that were along the way. The series takes place in the present and the past, with it being filmed in 2019, prior to the pandemic, starring Eve Hewson, Tom Bateman and Simona Brown.
